Lemieux Group is proud to announce the successful installation of a cutting-edge solar energy system at its facility located at 113 Irving St, Framingham, MA 01702. The project, completed on October 22, 2024, marks a significant step forward in the company’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

The new solar energy system, with a DC capacity of 109.20kW, is forecasted to produce an impressive 130,809kWh of clean energy annually. This substantial energy output will result in significant environmental benefits, including an annual CO2 offset of 175,284 lbs. To put this into perspective, the system’s CO2 reduction is equivalent to planting 78,252 trees or removing 266 cars from the road each year. These figures underscore Lemieux Group’s dedication to reducing its carbon footprint and contributing to a greener future.

The solar energy system comprises two array segments, totaling 182 high-efficiency modules. Array Segment 1 includes 78 Trina Solar Vertex N Monocrystalline 600W Bifacial modules, boasting 22% efficiency and a 30-year performance warranty. Array Segment 2 features 104 of the same Trina Solar modules, ensuring consistent performance across the system. Both segments are paired with SolarEdge String Inverters with Power Optimizers, offering 98% efficiency and a 20-year extended warranty, as well as Synergy 3-Phase 208V technology for optimal energy conversion. The system is mounted using Unirac Ballast Mounting Systems (RM10 EVO), designed and manufactured in New Mexico, USA, ensuring durability and reliability on the flat rooftop of the Irving Street facility.
