Since 1943, the Lemieux family has been building their businesses around real estate. From carpentry services to the development of full communities, real estate, building and improving spaces have been at the foundation of everything we do.
Originally based in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, later Westwood. Generations of the Lemieux family have been known for high quality contracting and project management. Many of the streets in Westwood, Dedham, Norwood, Walpole and other communities in Massachusetts are lined with homes built or renovated by The Lemieux Group.
Today we are continuing the tradition, and growing the services we offer in property management and development. We now have both commercial and residential properties in our family portfolio. In 2022, we have added three new properties to our list and we are looking to add another before the end of the year.
Our commercial properties are home to many successful businesses that bring great services and products to the community. From national suppliers and event services to markets and even furniture distribution, our facilities provide spacious and efficient working environments. At The Lemieux Group, our goal is to provide great business spaces for high quality tenants, who need places to grow and expand and bring more opportunities to the community.
Our residential properties are designed not only to provide housing for those who need it, but also to improve the housing properties that we acquire.
Every housing acquisition goes through a multiyear plan to first tackle safety concerns, and then work to improve the overall living spaces. We have a wonderful network of contractors who enable us to support small businesses in these housing communities as well.
From commercial to residential properties, The Lemieux Group is focused on building and transforming communities into better places to live and work and visit.
