2014 was a busy year for us. Not only did we launch our own retail store, we also added our first commercial property to the portfolio. Irving street has grown and improved as much as the rest of downtown Framingham.

New roof in 2021. New hvac in 2018 for center unit, full build out for NAPA AUTO PARTS Store in 2014 complete with sales area, floors, ceilings. All properties have smoke detectors/sprinklers for commercial properties. All properties have proper fire extinguishers. Butcher shop build out in 2016 with grocery store and freezer. New Truck center constructed and opened in 2018. Pavement repaired in 2022. Security system replaced in 2020. Store front doors and windows of NAPA STORE replaced in 2021 with new high quality glass and frames.

Ongoing third retail unit in development with architects and contractors. Project designed and submitted in 2021.

Walking distance from the City center, this 25,141 S.F. Building was designed and built by the owner of Framingham Motor Parts in 1972 and features five loading docks, two conveyor belts and a large retail storefront.

Many improvements have been made including a new roof in 2020 and led low energy lighting throughout most of building. Several businesses have called this great building home. Bringing many jobs and opportunities to the folks of Framingham and beyond.
